Appointment Reservations
At Lux Aesthetics, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients while maintaining efficient scheduling for all patients.
Cancellation Requirements
Standard Cancellation Notice
We kindly require at least 24 hours’ advance notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. This policy allows us to offer your reserved time slot to other clients on our waiting list.
Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. This fee helps compensate for the reserved time and resources that cannot be reallocated on short notice.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to appear for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service deposit and may be required to prepay for all future bookings. Repeated no-shows may result in termination of our service relationship at our discretion.
Deposit and Payment Policy
Deposit Requirements
- Deposits are required for all appointments and are non-refundable
- Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled appointment when proper 24-hour notice is provided
- Deposit amounts vary by service and will be communicated at the time of booking
Final Sales Policy

Age and Eligibility Requirements
All clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive services at Lux Aesthetics. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all new clients and may be requested for verification purposes.
Consultation Requirements
Same-Day Service Limitations
Certain advanced treatments, including but not limited to full facial balancing procedures and dermal filler treatments, may not be performed on the same day as your initial consultation. A separate treatment appointment may be required to ensure proper assessment, planning, and optimal results.
Mandatory Consultations
Some services require a mandatory consultation period before treatment can be scheduled. During this consultation, we will:
